We are helping OHSU define their commissioning process with specifications, OPR templates, and a Commissioning Guideline. The construction and facilities teams “on the hill” create and maintain some of the most ambitious and beautiful healing spaces in the world. We are proud to use our commissioning and medical construction experience to help them truly commission projects from programming through operation.
Intel Office and Semiconductor Fab

Process mechanical lead for Intel. Reported directly to Intel RA4 project manager regarding acid/solvent waste, process gas/chemical, and a large RODI water system. Participated in programming, creation of design-build bid documents, and the construction contract award. Represented Intel as the LEED Commissioning Authority, supervising the design reviews and commissioning/closeout process.
Los Angeles Community College Bond Building Program
Los Angeles, CA
$5 billion program on nine campuses
Provided a program-level solution to help the district with contractor delivery of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Hired a commissioning coordinator for each campus (9 total) and armed them with program materials to assure that buildings on every campus were delivered to the same standards.
